Every week we bring you a new product that we have completed or made significant progress on, but before now we haven't shown how the projects are complete. It's no trade secret that our success is based directly on the hard work that our crews put in, and this week we would like to walk you through how the magic happens at Facility One Inc. We will follow a women's accessories shop called Beya in production through process over the next few weeks. Pictures will be available on Monday.
Step one is making contact with the our prospective client, whether it be in person, over the phone, or through email. From there our design team takes over, ironing out every detail with from creation to completion, and if you are not sure what you are looking for, they are there to help you along the way. Step three is where our Facility Manager proceeds in the process by ordering all the material down to the last nuts and bolts. The fourth step is the arrival and unpacking of the raw material. The next step is the beginning of assembly of the product by sorting the material and beginning to set up the machines. At step six, we come to a large group of special stages with all depend on the job, from laminating, to painting, detailing, or involving acrylics. Step six is where the vast majority of building and specialist work comes into play as no two jobs are the same. After that we reach the stages of preventative packing to prevent damage during delivery, whether it is us delivering it or a third party. Lastly we finish up with step eight, the installation of the product; whether it being a counter top in your kitchen, a kiosk at a busy mall, or a group of storage cabinets at a hospital, when you are working with us, you can expect more. We treat our work as pieces of art that you choose to put on display, whether it be the centerpiece or the backdrop.
